The basic idea is this:

You provide some information about your association (name, #units, etc) and a photo or two so we can personalize it.

You can choose any template from our demo site (http://www.svhost3.com/demo/) To see different templates in action use the 'Template Selector'.

We setup a copy of our standard site (see http://www.svhost3.com/demo/)
If you have a domain name you can point it to the appropriate dns and you are up and running.

If you do not have/want your own domain name your site would be accessed via something like.. www.[YourCondoName].svhost3.com

If you want your own domain name but do not have one yet, the charge for us to find and register a name is $20/year for a .com domain or $45/year for a .ca

You can pay by the month ($20/month in most cases - very large condos may be more)
We send a PayPal invoice each month - PayPal can be paid with a credit card - you do not need a PayPal account. We do not store your credit card information. Cancel anytime.

You can pay by the year ($200/year see a saving by going for annual billing)
We send a PayPal invoice each year - PayPal can be paid with a credit card - you do not need a PayPal account. We do not store your credit card information.
If you need to pay by cheque there is a small extra charge, total is $220/year. We send a paper invoice and your pay with a paper cheque.

For Canadian customers, GST will be added.


We setup accounts for each unit using your zip or postal code as the password.
Example:
Unit #103 would login initially with:
Username: 103
Password: T2T2T2 (or whatever the building's zip or postal code is)
Once logged in your residents can change the password to something more secure.

We find unit number is a good username as it is easy to remember and when someone moves out/in you can just tell us and we change the password.

You can email us with event information (meetings, parties, etc) and we will enter them into the calendar.
You email content like documents, meeting minutes, etc. and we put up appropriate pages.

The Trouble Ticket System and Resource booking require someone from your association to login to the admin side and process requests.

If you or one of your residents feel adventurous, we can setup access for them to go in and manage content themselves. (see our video tutorials )
